Patricia MaryGRAYCASEY Pat passed away peacefully at home on 18th December 2018 with her family by her side. Pat aged 71 years, beloved wife of Jimmy, cherished mum to James, Claire and Andrew, fantastic Granny to Aidan, Ciaran and Callum. Loving Daughter, Sister, Auntie and friend who will be sadly missed. Service at Southern Cemetery Chapel on Tuesday 8th January 2019 at 11:15am followed by reception at the Fairway Inn, New Moston. Always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts. Donations to Macmillan Cancer support are welcome.
